Phil Morton - Company Director
Phil has until recently been a full time Head of Performing Arts and Music Teacher. Since then he has set up Music Theatre Academy and MTA Events. He also works regularly as a sound engineer in London and is band leader for the Crystal Showband. He tends to live up to the title of “Jack of all trades” as he has been involved in the theatre and music industry since his teenage years.
Education: Oxenford International Post graduate in Music Theatre with Mary Hammond. Degree in Music Performance at Kingston University with Amanda Buckland. In performance, Phil’s Theatre credits include: Mark (understudy) in “Rent” at the Shaftsbury Theatre London, Tony “West Side Story” (Edinburgh Fringe Production), Antonio in Lehar’s “Gipsy Love” (CBSO production). Stage Management credits include: For Opera Brava (Deputy Stage Manager): "Carmen", "The Marriage of Figaro", "La Traviata", "Don Giovanni", "La Boheme", "The Barber of Seville" and "Opera Gala". "Miss Saigon" at the Theatre Royal (ASM Fly Tower). Phil has produced and directed several shows for Youth Theatre including:"Sweeney Todd", "Back To The 80s", "Fame", "Disco Inferno", "The Wiz", "Showstoppers", "South Pacific", "Oh What a Lovely war!" and "Little Shop of Horrors". In addition to performances, Phil has written several plays and pantomimes including "Big Mother Goose . . ." performed by MTA last Christmas. Phil is currently writing a musical about Adoption for BAAF and Adoption UK.

Alison O Gorman - Head of Vocal Tuition
Studied at Birmingham Conservatiore (UBCE) for 4 years, Composition with Andrew Downes et al. Vocals with Pam Cook, and Flute. Now receiving vocal tuition from Gilyanne Kayes, voice trainer and consultant for West End, pop and classical performers and vocal coaches.
Director of West-Eacott School of Music currently offering vocals and flute at Greenacre School for Girls, Carshalton High School for Girls and privately. Further tuition offered A’Level and GCSE, recorders, ABRSM Theory, junior music and adult vocals and flute.
Recent past work includes Music Director and Vocal Coach at a dance academy ages 2.5-18, Head of Music at a Montessori School. Past and current pupils are in full time music industry, university and performing arts colleges across the country. Past performances include West Side Story, Sound of Music, Oliver, Joseph etc. and various choral.

Antoine Marc - Dance
Born and raised in Martinique, Antoine started to dance Ballet at 4 years old. He moved to France in 2003 to continue his dance career alongside his studies in Film Production where he is a noted director and editor. He joined the Salsa Company “Huracan Vacano” in 2004. Afterwards, he became a Contemporary dancer and a Hiphop choreographer. He moved to the UK in 2007.
His style is a result of a wide variety of cultural influences such as Contemporary, Ballet, Salsa, Capoeira, Hiphop, Dancehall, Zouk and Breakdance. He now teaches workshops around the world including; the USA, Brazil, France, UK and Guiana.
His experience in the arts industry range from: theatre, international showcases, TV, music videos, tours and school teaching. Antoine is currently preparing for a production with the English National Opera at the Coliseum.
