Terms and Conditions

Music Theatre Academy is a company limited by shares and is registered at companies house. The company exists solely to provide music theatre education to students aged between 6 - 18 years old.

All staff at MTA are CRB registered and have relevent qualifications in their chosen field. The Head of MTA is a qualified chaperone and holds a PGCE and CRB certificate. There is a registered first aider present at all rehearsals and performances.

MTA hold public liability insurance with Groupama for educational purposes. Buildings and liability insurance is held at all venues in which we rehearse and perform in.

All those joining MTA are expected to pay a £20 registration fee which is non returnable. MTA students are welcomed on a first come first served basis unless otherwise stipulated in class application forms.

Tuition fees are paid termly by cheque. Cheques are made payable to Music Theatre Academy Limited. Tuition fees are payable within 7 days of invoice. MTA reserves the right to refuse admission of any student who has not paid their tuition fees.

MTA reserves the right to change rehearsal dates, times and venue with one weeks notice to students for reason of illness, staffing issues or unsuitablility of venue.
